You want to backup your template every time you want to tinker with the code. Better yet always keep a latest version of your template stored in your PC.
Now that you understand the importance of having a template backup, let’s start doing it:
Step1: To backup the template
a) First click on scroll down.
b) Click on "Template".
Step2: click on "Backup/Restore.
step3: click on the "Download Full Template".

name Date or other system of naming which will enable you to identify
the backup template easily.
